Navmi stands by the quality of our products and follows an easy returns policy to ensure our customers are satisfied with their experience.
Upon delivery of a product if you find that the wrong product has been delivered or the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit please immediately send us an email on email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery of the product with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Delivery date
- Nature of damage and/or defect
- Colour photographs of the product that clearly indicate and illustrate the damage/defect
Subject to receipt of the above information within the specified period, Navmi may replace the product to your satisfaction.
If Navmi is unable to replace a product due to non-availability of the product the entire amount paid will be refunded to you. Refunds for COD orders will be made by cheque only.
Our easy return policy will not be applicable to products which reveal damage to the outer packing or the product itself, products which appear to be partially used, product with minor scratches / cracks / damagesetc and products purchased during sales / promotions / offers
Returns and Exchanges
If you do not want the product for any reason other than those mentioned above, we will be happy to accept a return of the same if sent to the below mentioned address in its original packaging along with all the tags, stickers, warranty cards, documents etc as sent by the shipper.
The product must be sent using a track-able shipping method (e.g. DTDC, Blue Dart, FedEx etc.) and should reach our specified address within 30 business days from the original date that the product was delivered to you. Once shipped, do send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and the tracking ID of the returned shipment.
Once we have received the product and inspected its condition to our satisfaction we will inform you by email about the extent of store credit that can be availed on our Website, for a period of 30 days from the date of our email. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be to your account as well as any loss or damage of items in return transit. Navmi shall not be liable for any claims relating to the same. We strongly urge you to accurately declare the value and purchase appropriate insurance from the shipper prior to shipping the product.

All decisions on the return / replacement policy for products sold by Navmi are at the sole discretion of Navmi and the decision of Navmi shall be final and binding. Navmi reserves the right to withdraw from any return/replacement guarantee at any time without giving any notice of whatsoever nature.
Cancellation of order
Navmi reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever and without any explanation for doing so.
However, Navmi will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the User and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Navmi be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this Agreement, even if Navmi has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages
