For a superlative customer experience, we have decided to deliver our products personally through our special shipping partners. We currently deliver our products all over India

Shipping timelines

Our products are typically dispatched within a week of order confirmation. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

Extended Shipping Timelines

In certain cases the delivery timelines may vary from those specified on the Website, amongst others, for the following reasons:

  • Our inability to verify the details of the customer who has elected to pay for the product via COD.
  • Products which are specifically prepared/ordered for you or customized based on your requirement.
  • The area in which the product is to be delivered is not supported by our shipping partners.

Navmi will promptly notify you of an anticipated delay in the delivery of your product(s).

Shipping charges

Shipments and assemblies are free of charge in our operating cities. Navmi reserves the right to change/recall this offer of free shipping. This offer may not be available in certain delivery areas. In the event any additional charge(s) are payable on a product, the same will be communicated to you, by email, prior to dispatch of your order

Track Your Order

We try our best to deliver your product before you can even think ‘Where is it now?’ However, you can track your order from ‘Track Your Order’ link by providing your Order Id or Registered Email id or do give us a call at our customer care number or email us at info@navmi.co.in

Order Cancellation

We take great pride in all the products we sell. In the rare case that you do not like the product, or not willing to buy it, you may cancel the order before the delivery

Damaged Product

In case you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please call us 08626043104 or write to us at info@navmi.com

Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either replace the product or refund you money

Cancellation Fee

A restocking fee of Rs.99/- is applicable for all order cancellations, except customized order. Since it is customized as per your requirement, we do not offer exchanges or cancellations. If you cannot accept delivery of such order, you will forfeit the advance order fee paid


Once we have delivered the product and left the customer’s premises, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or replacement requests (other than as covered by the product warranty). We recommend that customers be present at the time of delivery to check for any possible manufacturing defects. Should there be any, please inform the Service Associate. Our delivery staff will assist you with any questions you may have
